276 Bowen Street #3
2 Beds, 2 Baths, 1080sf
New to the market!! This is my newest listing that is located in the heart of the West Side of South Boston. It is a 1080sf 2 bed/2 bath with all the bells and whistles. Completed in 2006, this is a great opportunity to get a penthouse unit with one of the best roof decks in the area. The kitchen has sleek dark cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops and a wine fridge as well. The floor plan is nice and open and there is great space to have a large living area as well as a separate dining area. There are 2 full baths with 1 of them en-suite to the master. There is a rear deck off of the 2nd bedroom and a private roof deck that has sprawling city views that are unsurpassed. The unit also has speakers throughout the unit, Central heat and A/C, W/D in the unit, and 2 gas fireplaces. 1 private off street parking is also included as well as private deeded storage in the basement.
Amazing location, these don’t come up too often.
We're sorry, but we couldn't find MLS # 71455372 in our database. This property may be a new listing or possibly taken off the market. Please check back again.

I’m on a kick with finding videos on Vimeo. Have you ever been to Charlie’s sandwich shoppe on Columbus Ave? If not, it’s an absolute staple in the South End community and it’s history is rich and still vibrant. As a corned beef hash fanatic, I will go out of my way to say their turkey hash is a rival to all corned beef hash plated. It’s not a substitute, but it is a option that should go out there to my fellow corned beef hash lovers. This place is never open when you want it to be and you better not ask for water because thats your job. Check out this video and you will get an idea about the history of this great little spot.
I found this video that shows a young family’s recent renovation project here in Boston’s South End. It gives a good idea about architecture and it gives a few interesting ideas on how to make a new development a little “greener.” It’s a great plug by a couple that loves the neighborhood and they are helping bring back to life these wonderful historic buildings. Check it out.
