I have to admit, this is one of the coolest penthouses ever to be built in the South End. As the most expensive condo sold so far in 2012 in the South End, it should be pretty awesome. This was a recent renovation of the old “Project Place” which was a homeless and low income assistance program (which is a great cause and still exists). Three Days ago, I showed 2 luxury rentals over at the Colonnade on Huntington Ave. Many people forget that this is one of the best luxury options for rentals in downtown Boston, so I decided to go back yesterday and take some pictures. This complex is a 21 story building and has all the amenities you would ever want or need. The location is also amazingly ideal, just smack in the middle of Back Bay and the South End. These Penthouses don’t come cheap and if you can afford the $9100 and the $15,000 price tag, its worth checking out. The views are also amazing.

Well, its official, Tom Brady is planning on leaving my neighborhood. It looks like he’s pushing the envelope, putting his condo on for $10,500,000, just under $2000 per sf. (which included 4 garage parking spots). As you probably guessed, there are no interior photos on MLS, which should not be much of a surprise. The big question here is, will it sell, and how long will it take? I’ll keep an eye on it.
